Planning for Leadership Transitions in your Nonprofit Organizations

Are you a member of a nonprofit organization in the Chester County area? Is your organization going through a transition in its executive leadership?

Please join us on Thursday, May 4th at the Chester County Library for a panel discussion on managing and surviving executive leadership transitions at nonprofit organizations. The session will include a discussion of “best practices” as it relates to leadership transitions, as well as information gained from leaders who have been involved in leadership transitions.

Moderator: Pamela Bryer, MPH, CFRE, Consultant. Panelists: Robert Beggs, Executive Director, Good Works, Inc. Beth Hare, President, Criterion Search Group Milena Lanz, Executive Director, Maternal and Child Health Consortium of Chester County Mary Lou Sterge, Board Chair, Chester County Fund for Women & Girls; Board Member, The Colonial Theatre.
