In this class, explore how to engage a supporter based on that individual’s values and social vision. Discover how to leverage this trend towards donor-centric philanthropy to engage and energize your board members. Break through the “you give, we get” barrier and help your board members excel as they reach out into the community to make essential connections with existing and potential donors and supporters.
This program will:
- Highlight the difference between conventional and donor focused messaging.
- Discuss how a donor-centric focus can make it easier and more comfortable for board members, volunteers, and staff to reach out to build connections with supporters and donors
- Discuss how, with a donor-centric approach, an ask for support becomes an offer to join forces in support of a shared mission.
